Purpose of the Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees shall have the responsibility for the affairs of the center. The Board represents the membership and has, as it primary function, the creation, and maintaining of a vision that fulfills the mission statement. The Board shall function as a policy making body with a view toward monitoring results as they relate to achieving the mission.

Board of Trustees Meetings
Board meetings are held the 2nd Sunday of each month at the Interfaith Center, 704 Airport Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, after the Celebration Service. Board meetings are open to everyone and members of the Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth community are encouraged to attend. The meeting agenda always includes time for comments from the community.

Our Logo
Our logo is composed of a lighted candle in front of a lotus blossom. These items reflect the ideals of the Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth of Ann Arbor. The flame represents the most important aspect of our common spirituality, the energy that brings us all together. This symbolism is found in virtually all of the world's spiritual traditions, a shining light that illuminates and enlightens. The source of the light is mysterious and unknown, that is our candle. The lotus seed was known to become a blossom as long as two hundred years after shedding, making it a symbol of immortality and resurrection, reflecting our belief that enlightenment is unlimited and timeless.
These symbols together with our motto, "Be a light unto the world," reflect our goal of spiritual growth and collectively bringing light to darkness.
