Rental Fees and Rules

Our facilities are available for rent by individuals and groups for all types of events. Our sanctuary is a lovely spot for weddings, union ceremonies, memorials, and other types of services, while our sound system is perfect for performances, recitals, and concerts. Our social hall with warming kitchen is a welcoming place for receptions, graduations, holiday parties, and other celebrations. We also invite you to rent our facilities for meetings, lectures, classes, workshops, and seminars. There are separate fee schedules for wedding and non-wedding rentals, as well as for ICSG members.

Wedding Facility Rental Fees

No wedding party is too small; in fact, we have lower fees for weddings of 20 people or less. You may choose to rent only our sanctuary, or both the sanctuary and the social hall, or just hire an Interfaith minister to officiate at your chosen location!

  • Deposit: $125 deposit is due with the signed lease application and will be applied to total fees.
  • Payment: Rental fees and ministerial fees will be paid separately.
  • Cancellation: Deposit will be returned if wedding is cancelled within 21 days of the rental date.
Sanctuary Rental (ceremony only):

Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
$250.00 (for up to 4 hours)

Weekdays: $200.00 (up to 4 hours)

Weddings for 20 people or less:
$125 any day (up to 4 hours)

Fees include: A wedding host and the use of our sound system.

Sanctuary and Social Hall Rental
(for ceremony and reception):

$500 any day (4 hours or more)

Fees include: In addition to the Sanctuary rental inclusions (above), rental of our Social Hall includes the use of our tables and chairs and our warming kitchen.

Ministerial Fees:

Ministerial fees are paid separately from facility rental fees.

Minister only (off-site): Price varies by minister and location.

Non-Wedding Rental Fees

Sanctuary: $25 per hour, min. 4 hours

Social Hall: $15 per hour, min. 4 hours

Classroom, lg.: $10 per hour, min 2 hours

Classroom, sm.: $7.50 per hour, min. 2 hours

Kitchen: $10 per hour

  • Members may rent the facility for 50% of the normal fee.
  • No charge for making coffee and hot water.
  • No charge for activities and business directly related to ICSG ministry functions, such as Sunday services, Quarterly Conversations in Community meetings, Board meetings, Leadership Team meetings, and Prayer Ministry.
  • No charge for activities sponsored by ICSG, such as A Course in Miracles meetings, Spiritual Movie Nights, fundraisers, celebrations, and memorial services.
  • Facility Rules

    • The entire building is smoke-free.
    • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted without permission of the minister.
    • Equipment belonging to the Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth may not be removed from the building without permission of the minister.
    • Events involving youths must be adequately supervised by a minimum of two adults for every eight children. Children may not be in rooms without supervision.
    • No decorations, including candles, may be used without prior approval. Nothing can be attached to the walls without prior approval.
    • Please clean up after your event. A vacuum cleaner, garbage bags, and cleaning products are available. A cleaning fee may be charged if the facility is not left in its original condition.
